The Black Pepper restaurant is a new restaurant opened by two locals basing the food on local ingredients and local dishes with a creative and modern twist to it. Followed with a excellent selection of wines specially from the island Hvar and the best wines from Croatia.Located in the center of Hvar in the old town area surrounded with centuries old architecture and a secluded garden area.

Great food, great view and great service
One of the boat tours recommended this place and decided to try it when my initial dinner plans didn't work out. First it is on one of the most instagrammable streets in Hvar and we had the pleasure of sitting outside with the great view. Wish I could remember our servers name because they were delightful. We were given a couple of shots of their tradition drinks and a free appetizer which always adds to any meal. Nice touches like that make you want to come back again. I ordered the Truffioli and my husband had the Masterchef Steak which both were really good. we finished with a chocolate dessert which was delicious. we were in Croatia for two weeks and this was one of the top two places we ate. The food in Hvar is really amazing and is worth a visit just to eat in the city. Super yummy.
