Dalmatino Hvar is my first stop everytime I come to Hvar. Best tuna tartar in world. I am not exaggerating. Everything I tried was work of art and I tried all food on menu by now. And coctails :) Top class.

Intimate setting, delicious meal

What a lovely experience! We were greeted by a kind server who provided us with menu's in English. We were served a complimentary local appetitive and appetizer, a mushroom polenta- incredibly delicious ! We both enjoyed gnocchi with different sauces. Very generous portions, I couldn't finish. We were then served a complimentory local digestive. The Servers were warm, engaging- proudly sharing their local history and culture. Should we travel back to Hvar, we will definitely return. Cheers!

We went with the best steak they serve, and it truly did not disappoint — perfectly cooked, tender, and bursting with taste. From start to finish, everything about the evening was exceptional.
