An unforgettable journey along the Croatian coast

I have now done this route three times in my various visits to Croatia and each time I choose the private boat. The experience never loses its appeal. This year our skipper was particularly entertaining — full of stories about island life, the fishing families of Pelješac, and the history of the sea routes that have connected Dubrovnik to Hvar for centuries. We stopped at a favourite beach of his that he had never seen on any tourist map, swam for an hour in complete solitude, and arrived in Dubrovnik feeling completely alive. The whole journey is simply the best way to travel on the Adriatic.
