Excellent from first contact to last wave goodbye

The company was excellent from the very first contact email right through to the final wave goodbye at the harbour. The captain was one of those people who are genuinely great at what they do — knowledgeable, funny, attentive to everyone's different interests, and wonderfully relaxed. The boat was comfortable and fast, the islands gorgeous, and the lunch spot a hidden gem. This is what good travel experiences are made of.
