Excellent Service

via Tripadvisor

I booked a private boat tour for two with Frano, and he was so patient and helpful as we worked to decide what size boat to choose. I wish I could say what a wonderful tour we had, but COVID forced us to cancel our trip. Frano was so understanding, and immediately issued a refund. I couldn't ask for better communication and service, and when we are able to reschedule our trip, Frano will be be the first person I call.

Response from Tendo.hr

Dear Cranntara, thank you so much for the fair review abut our response for canceling trips because of COVID-19. The travel industry is going through a hard time but we always think of our customers, so we had no problem returning the deposit to you. We hope to see you soon.
