I booked a private boat tour for two with this company, and they were so patient and helpful as we worked to decide what size boat to choose. I wish I could say what a wonderful tour we had, but COVID forced us to cancel our trip. The agency was so understanding and immediately issued a refund. I couldn't ask for better communication and service, and when we are able to reschedule our trip, Tendo Luxury Travel will be the first agency I call.
