Friendly skipper, beautiful coastline, excellent value

We were celebrating our twentieth anniversary and wanted the Hvar-to-Dubrovnik leg of our trip to be special. It was. The skipper turned up with a small bunch of wildflowers for my wife, which immediately set the tone for the whole journey. He knew every bay and cove between the two islands and stopped at the most beautiful spot I have ever swum in — a circular turquoise lagoon on an island whose name I still don't know. The boat was fast, modern and comfortable. The arrival into Dubrovnik old harbour, threading between the kayaks and water taxis with the walls towering above, was breathtaking. Genuinely one of the finest days of twenty years of shared travel.
