We had spent a week in Dubrovnik debating whether to book the private yacht charter or save money with a group tour. Our skipper and his assistant were immaculate — thoughtful, professional, and full of genuine local knowledge. Lunch on a tiny Pelješac peninsula pier with fresh shellfish and a glass of local white wine was the finest meal of the entire trip. Nothing about this day felt rushed or generic.
