Worth every euro — a truly special experience

I had done the ferry route before and wanted something different for my third visit to Croatia. The private boat charter delivered something very different indeed. My partner and I were the only guests, which meant the skipper could completely tailor the route to us. He asked what we liked — swimming, scenery, history — and built a journey around those preferences. We saw Hvar recede into the distance, crossed open sea to Brač, navigated through the Neretva channel, and finally approached Dubrovnik from the east as the morning light hit the city walls. It is genuinely one of the most beautiful approaches to any city I have ever seen. The skipper was proud of his country and it showed.
